BETTER ROADS AND FUNDING FOR THE SARAH DILTS FARM PARK
It can be easy to take our community’s infrastructure for granted, but when we drive over poorly maintained roads or can’t fully enjoy the Sarah Dilts Farm Park we notice. While I’ve served on the Township Committee, significant progress has been made to fund and implement the maintenance, repair, and improvement of our present infrastructure and plan for future improvements to our community. These actions include:
Having our Engineer conduct an objective road evaluation of our seventy-one miles of Township roads to determine and identify the condition and deficiencies of every roadway.
Based on this information, prioritize the condition of each road and develop a road maintenance plan to determine where Township resources should be allocated.
Following this plan, resume regularly scheduled maintenance and repairs to our roads.
After having the budget for repairs to Sarah Dilts Farm Park slashed over the last ten years, I’ve advocated for the funding needed to carry out much needed repairs to the Park.
